Swedish register events

The event to watch here has no direct French equivalent: compulsory dissolution, ordered notably for failure to file accounts. It is an early distress signal, often preceding any insolvency proceedings — therefore valuable when monitoring a Swedish customer.

What the route returns

Catalogue description, exactly as agents read it:

Swedish company registry events from Bolagsverket's official weekly national file (free EU high-value dataset) — credit risk signals: incorporation, ONGOING bankruptcy (konkurs), liquidation, company reconstruction, composition proceedings, merger or division, and deregistration with coded reason and date. Query: /v1/eu/entreprise/SE/5560012402/evenements (10-digit organisationsnummer). A registered company with no proceeding returns an explicit positive answer — the register is authoritative.

Swedish organisation number.

A wrongly formatted identifier returns 400 and is not billed — but it costs you a round trip. It is the leading cause of failed calls on the foreign routes.

Price and billing

Price: $0.02. The authoritative amount is the one in the 402 quote returned by the route itself — not this text, which derives from the same grid but is still just a page.

An error response cancels the payment: a 400, 404 or 503 is never billed. An upstream outage closes the route with a 503 rather than serving a degraded response.
