About Sirenic

Sirenic serves official company data, French and European, to software and to agents. You pay per call: in USDC or EURC over the x402 protocol, or with an API key and prepaid credits.

Why

Official registers publish a great deal, each in its own way: its format, its licence, its rhythm, its identifiers. Sirenic reads them and serves them in a common shape, so that a program can check a company without knowing every register. The data remains the register's; what Sirenic computes itself (a score, a check-digit control, a verdict reached by rules) is declared as such in the answer, with Sirenic as its source.

What every answer says about itself

• Its source, block by block. Every paid JSON answer carries a provenance block: for each part of the answer, the register it comes from, how it was read (local copy or live read), the date of the stock read or of the consultation and, where it can be measured, the coverage. The licence of each source is published in the register dictionary.
• Its limits. A cut list says so, with its total or, failing that, a lower bound of that total. An absence that is not proven is never presented as an absence. Closed lists and reading rules are published at /v1/lecture.
• Its authenticity. Every successful API answer is signed (Ed25519) and can be verified offline with the public key.
• Its price. Every route has a fixed price, shown before the call. An error is never charged: if the route fails after the payment was verified, the payment is cancelled. An incomplete answer is charged only if it states, in its body, what it lacks.

What Sirenic is not

Sirenic is neither a register nor a government service: it reuses data published by official registers, under their licences, and is affiliated with none of the administrations whose data it reuses. Its default score is a decision aid: neither a solvency opinion nor a credit rating. Sirenic does not issue Kbis extracts.
