Officers and governance of an Estonian company

Every morning the Estonian register publishes the complete photo of the persons entered on the cards of its 378,000 entities — over 520,000 mandates — and, beside the card, supervisory boards, audit firms and bankruptcy committees. Sirenic reloads it daily and serves, for a company, its organs (management board, supervisory board, procurators, general partners), its third parties (liquidator, bankruptcy trustee, auditor, contact person, share-register keeper) and its representation rules. The register publishes neither end dates nor history: only current mandates are served, and the route does not invent them.

What the route returns

Catalogue description, exactly as agents read it:

Estonian company officers from the official e-Business Register open data (RIK, CC BY 4.0, daily national photo): management board, procurators, liquidators, bankruptcy trustees, partners, contact persons, plus off-card supervisory board, auditors and audit firms — closed-list organe/role with the register's codes, registration date, representation rules. GDPR: first name, last name and role only, never the published identifier hash or birth date. Legal persons only. 8-digit registrikood.

Expected identifier

8-digit Estonian registration code (registrikood).

A wrongly formatted identifier in the path returns 400 and is not billed — but it costs you a round trip. It is the leading cause of failed calls on the foreign routes. A search parameter, by contrast, is cleaned up: unsupported characters are stripped and the usable query is served.

Price and billing

Price: $0.01. The authoritative amount is the one in the 402 quote returned by the route itself — not this text, which derives from the same grid but is still just a page.

An error response cancels the payment: a 400, 404 or 503 is never billed. An upstream outage closes the route with a 503 rather than serving a degraded response.

What this route does not do

Legal persons only: a sole proprietorship (FIE) is refused without charge. A natural person comes with first name, last name and role — never the identifier hash, birth date, address or e-mail the register publishes.

How you pay

Every route is paid per call, in USDC or EURC on the Base network, over the x402 protocol: no account to create, no API key, no subscription. The first call returns a 402 quote your client settles, then replays the call. A failed call is never billed.
