Ownership and share capital of a French company, AI-extracted from the latest PUBLIC articles of association filed at the INPI: share capital, legal form, shareholders (CORPORATE holders named with role and %; natural persons COUNTED with their %, never named (GDPR) since 2026-09-19), notable clauses, confidence, source document. From public filed deeds, NOT a beneficial-ownership register (RBE) nor a beneficial-owner identification. Cached; 90 days at most when natural persons are counted.

A wrongly formatted identifier in the path returns 400 and is not billed — but it costs you a round trip. It is the leading cause of failed calls on the foreign routes. A search parameter, by contrast, is cleaned up: unsupported characters are stripped and the usable query is served.

Price and billing

Price: $0.35. The authoritative amount is the one in the 402 quote returned by the route itself, not this text, which derives from the same grid but is still just a page.

An error response cancels the payment: a 400, 404 or 503 is never billed. An upstream outage closes the route with a 503 rather than serving a degraded response.

What this route does not do

This is not a beneficial-ownership register and does not replace one. Since 19 September 2026, natural-person shareholders are counted, never named (associes_personnes_physiques, detenu_par_personnes_physiques_pct); legal entities are named. Filed articles can be old: an unpublished share transfer does not appear. The extraction is cached; when it counts natural-person shareholders, it is deleted after 90 days or as soon as newer articles are filed, then redone on request. Read it as a dated exhibit, never as the current shareholding.

The ownership data served for France is not a beneficial-ownership register and does not replace one: the French register has not been publicly accessible since the 2022 ruling of the Court of Justice of the European Union. What is served comes from publicly filed deeds.
