Checking a customer at onboarding and never looking again is the most common hole in an onboarding process. Insolvency proceedings open after signature, not before. /v1/surveillance/creer sets up a watch on 1 to 100 targets, checked daily against official sources.

What is watched

On a company target

Filings in the official legal-notices gazette, status changes, officer movements, sanctions and market-authority blacklist screening, authorisations of digital-asset service providers and asset managers, Seveso classification, and new French and EU public-procurement awards.

On a director target

New and ended directorships. Useful when the risk is not the company but the person running it — a director accumulating offices in distressed companies is a signal that watching the company alone will not give you.

On an association target (RNA number)

Every new notice published in the Official Journal of associations (JOAFE) under that RNA number, whatever its type, reported with its identifier, type and issue date. The target is written as the number itself, W followed by 9 characters, in the same list as company numbers and directors; a legacy identifier without a W has no JOAFE notice and is not accepted. The first run records the notices already published without reporting them, and a stale JOAFE is recorded as a source that is down, never read as “nothing to report”.

Three durations, one price per target per duration

The duration is chosen at creation time (?duree= parameter): 30, 90 or 365 days. The quote is priced on two axes — number of targets × duration — and frozen before settlement. The three unit prices appear in the routes table below; they are deliberately not repeated in this text, so that they cannot go stale in it.

Renewal (/v1/surveillance/{jeton}/renouveler) accepts any duration regardless of the original one, and remains possible until 7 days after expiry — after that the watch is purged. The cibles parameter must repeat the watched targets exactly: that is what the quote is computed from.

No account, therefore no dashboard and no refund, no pro rata. Keep the token returned at creation: it is the only way to poll and renew the watch.

Three ways to be notified

• Ed25519-signed webhook: you verify the signature with our public key and know the alert really comes from us, with no shared secret to rotate.
• E-mail digest, for human use.
• Polling: the watch stays queryable at any time with its token, which spares you exposing a public endpoint to receive a webhook.

Watch, or poll occasionally?

If your portfolio is small and your rhythm monthly, /v1/entreprise/{siren}/changements?depuis=YYYY-MM-DD is enough: it returns announcements published since a date, and you only pay when you ask. A watch earns its price as soon as detection latency matters — because it checks every day, including the days you forget to ask.

The changes route detects new publications in the legal-notices gazette, not field-level edits of a company record: the identity stock is a monthly snapshot and keeps no history. Do not expect it to catch a silent address change.

How you pay

Every route is paid per call, in USDC or EURC on the Base network, over the x402 protocol: no account to create, no API key, no subscription. The first call returns a 402 quote your client settles, then replays the call. A failed call is never billed.

How do I verify the webhook signature?

With our published Ed25519 public key. Verification takes a few lines in any language, and a worked example ships in our examples repository.

Can I watch a director by name?

Yes, with a target of the form dirigeant:Name. The name you pass is never logged, and the watch returns only new and ended offices from official publications — no personal data beyond what the registry publishes.

What if an official source is down for a day?

The run is deferred, not discarded. This is a design rule: an unavailable source must never produce a silence that reads as “nothing to report”. Nor can a successful-but-empty run refresh the snapshot's age — that particular disarming was identified and closed.
