Sirenic referral programme

1. Any Sirenic account with a verified email address can get a referral code, and the link that carries it, from its account area.
2. Someone who creates an account with this code becomes a referee. When the referee makes a first successful API call within 30 days of verifying their address, Sirenic adds 5 credits (EUR 5) to the referee's account and 5 credits (EUR 5) to the referrer's account, automatically, within 24 hours.
3. A referrer receives credits for at most 25 referees in any 12-month period. Beyond that, referees still receive their credits.
4. Offered credits are valid for 6 months. They pay for calls to the Sirenic API. They cannot be refunded, transferred or converted into money or any other benefit.
5. The referrer never learns the name or address of their referees: they only see, per month, how many signed up and how many earned them credits. The referee does not learn who referred them. Sirenic sends no message to anyone a referrer would like to invite: the referrer shares their link themselves.
6. No credits between accounts of the same person or the same organisation, nor for an account created only to be referred. Sirenic may refuse an award, withdraw unspent offered credits and disable a code in case of abuse.
7. A referrer can withdraw their code at any time; a referee can ask contact@sirenic.eu to cut the link. Credits already added stay until they expire.
8. The link between a referrer and a referee is kept until 30 days after the credits it earned expire, then erased; it is erased together with either account.
9. Sirenic may change or end this programme at any time; credits already added stay valid until they expire.
