# Know what changed at a customer since your last contact

“What changed at Log System since June?” Before a meeting, a reminder or a renewal, /v1/entreprise/{siren}/nouveautes?depuis=YYYY-MM-DD returns in one call everything official sources published about the company since the given date, most recent first, with a three-word verdict: nouveautes, rien_de_nouveau or lecture_incomplete.

## Every block, one question

Each block states its snapshot date, its coverage and whether it dates its facts. Blocks read live, beyond the legal-notices gazette, are awaited 5 seconds: past that, the block is declared unavailable, never silent.

- **Legal notices**: proceedings, sales, deregistrations, changes, and every accounts filing with its figures when published.
- **Commercial-court decisions** linked to the company.
- **Public contracts** awarded, French and European.
- **Establishments** opened or closed, and the company's cessation.
- **Licences** granted or withdrawn, **sanctions listings**, **trademarks, patents and designs**, **RGE certifications** and the **lobbying register**.

## Dated at publication

A change carries the date it became knowable: the notice's publication, the decision's release, the contract's publication. The event date is served alongside. A decision handed down in March and released in May is a May change: dating by event would miss it for anyone asking since April.

At most 100 changes, the most recent; per-type totals are counted before the cut, and the cut is stated in the response.

> `rien_de_nouveau` is asserted only when every block was read in full and fresh. A block that is down, stale or partly read yields `lecture_incomplete`, which names the block.

## What the response does not say

Hiring, officers and headcount band keep no history: they are listed outside the engine, with the route that serves them. A change of officer shows in the register's change notice.

> ⚠️ A licence its register does not date, or a sanctions listing whose list does not date it, cannot be placed in time: it is stated, never counted as new. A name resemblance on a sanctions list is served for checking, never as a listing of the company.

## How you pay

Every route is paid **per call**, in USDC or EURC on the Base network, over the x402 protocol: no account to create, no API key, no subscription. The first call returns a `402` quote your client settles, then replays the call. A failed call is never billed.

Would you rather have a euro invoice and prepaid credits? That is **in preparation**, and we will not announce a date until it is open. Write to [contact@sirenic.eu](mailto:contact@sirenic.eu?subject=Euro%20credit%20packs) and we will let you know when it opens.

Paid responses are **Ed25519-signed**: you can later prove what was served to you, and when. The whole catalogue is free to read in the [OpenAPI document](https://api.sirenic.eu/openapi.json) and in [llms.txt](https://api.sirenic.eu/llms.txt).

## Frequently asked questions

### Which date should I give?

That of your last contact, a past day or today. A future date is refused and never charged. Monthly stocks (Sirene, French public contracts) see nothing after their snapshot, which each block serves: for a more recent date, the response says lecture_incomplete, never rien_de_nouveau.

### What if the legal-notices gazette does not answer?

No response is served and nothing is charged: without that block, the question has no honest answer.
