# Insolvency notices of a UK company

Companies House gives a company's status; The Gazette, the official journal, publishes each step of the procedure — winding-up resolution, appointment of liquidators or administrators, winding-up petition and order, creditors' notices, dividends — about 220 notices a day. Sirenic collects them every morning, day by day, and attaches them to the company number: from the feed text when it carries it, otherwise from the notice itself, deferred, at the pace the site tolerates. The response says when the stock starts and how many notices still await attachment: coverage is partial, and says so.

What Companies House does not give. A known company with no notice gets an explicit bounded answer. No personal data.**

## Expected identifier

8-character Companies House company number, leading zeros included.

> ⚠️ A wrongly formatted identifier in the **path** returns `400` and is **not billed** — but it costs you a round trip. It is the leading cause of failed calls on the foreign routes. A **search** parameter, by contrast, is cleaned up: unsupported characters are stripped and the usable query is served.

## Price and billing

Price: **$0.02**. The authoritative amount is the one in the `402` quote returned by the route itself — not this text, which derives from the same grid but is still just a page.

An error response **cancels the payment**: a `400`, `404` or `503` is never billed. An upstream outage closes the route with a `503` rather than serving a degraded response.

Never any personal data: The Gazette's OGL v3.0 excludes it — no notice text, no insolvency practitioners.

## How you pay
