# Bankruptcy publications of a Swiss company Bankruptcy offices publish each step in the SOGC. This route only serves publications whose debtor is the requested company, with the official labels of the twelve sub-rubrics in four languages — never a natural person's bankruptcy. ## What the route returns Catalogue description, exactly as agents read it: **Swiss bankruptcy publications from the SOGC/SHAB (SECO public API, live, since 2021) whose debtor is the company (never a natural person): preliminary notice, bankruptcy publication and call to creditors, suspension, schedule of claims, distribution list, closing, revocation, foreign-bankruptcy recognition — decision date, deadlines, office, canton, official labels in four languages; aucune_procedure is bounded by the online archive. Query: /v1/eu/entreprise/CH/CHE-138.657.350/insolvabilite.** ## Expected identifier UID CHE-xxx.xxx.xxx. > ⚠️ A wrongly formatted identifier in the **path** returns `400` and is **not billed** — but it costs you a round trip. It is the leading cause of failed calls on the foreign routes. The authoritative amount is the one in the `402` quote returned by the route itself — not this text, which derives from the same grid but is still just a page. An error response **cancels the payment**: a `400`, `404` or `503` is never billed.
