281,590 offices are in the database. The minimisation applied here is the same as everywhere: never the Latvian personal identity number, and the date of birth reduced to month and year, only where the source publishes them.

## Price and billing

Price: **$0.01**. The authoritative amount is the one in the `402` quote returned by the route itself, not this text, which derives from the same grid but is still just a page.

An error response **cancels the payment**: a `400`, `404` or `503` is never billed. An upstream outage closes the route with a `503` rather than serving a degraded response.

**Legal persons only**: a Latvian individual merchant (IK), an individual, family, farm or fishery enterprise, or a form not recognised as a legal person returns 404, not billed, like its profile.
