# Court-register entries of a Croatian company

Each Croatian subject carries the history of its court entries. This route serves it typed, and serves the published text only for a closed list of entry types without natural persons, measured over 491,644 entries; the rest is stated as withheld.

**Croatian company court-register entries (Sudski registar, daily snapshot): every typed statutory entry (108 types: founding act, statute, legal form, capital changes, mergers and divisions, enterprise contracts, dissolution grounds, court decisions), in register order. Published text served only for a closed list of entry types without natural persons (texte_retenu otherwise); court decisions served by court, reference and date.**

## Expected identifier

11-digit OIB (MBS accepted).

> ⚠️ A wrongly formatted identifier in the **path** returns `400` and is **not billed** — but it costs you a round trip. It is the leading cause of failed calls on the foreign routes. A **search** parameter, by contrast, is cleaned up: unsupported characters are stripped and the usable query is served.

## Price and billing

Price: **$0.02**. The authoritative amount is the one in the `402` quote returned by the route itself — not this text, which derives from the same grid but is still just a page.

An error response **cancels the payment**: a `400`, `404` or `503` is never billed. An upstream outage closes the route with a `503` rather than serving a degraded response.

`texte_retenu: true` is not an absence: the entry exists, its text is not served (type outside the list, or a personal mention).
